The Touristic Office of Ascea-Velia is Pro Loco.
It was established in 1973 aiming to promote our little town and its image.
During these years Pro Loco has printed leaflets and brochures, posters and any other papers useful to the spreading of local news.
Pro Loco was also present from time to time both in national and foreign exhibitions and fairs. Besides this, the office offers a valid touristic help to foreigners and people from abroad.

In May 1989 the information office standing in the large square in front of the railway station was opened.
From then on, thanks to its strategic position, the friendliness and care showed in answering the many requirements of the several tourists who choose our little town for their holidays, Pro Loco Office has become a point of reference for all people passing by.
