A village built in a medieval style recently renovated designed by the architect Gilberto Valle, in which in the 1700 there was a flour mill “a Longo” fed by a water stream which is still present; the ancient grinders are exposed in the “garden of the grinders”. In the early 1900 the flour mill was substituted with a tobacco drying rack in stone, some facades of the structure lay on the site.

Presently it is a village built in a medieval style an oasis of tranquillity just steps away from the Bolsena Lake, with a restaurant of approximately 200 square meters with a fireplace and a stage for live music, theatrical representations, special events and several cultural activities.
